We been ordering from this vendor. So far it been good. No complaint. At time, soup a bit blanc otherwise overall still good. Hope they can maintain the current taste and service.

So far so good. Delicious as well. At least 2 fish dishes a week which is good for family with kids. Taste is just right for us. Hope they will maintain.

They are a bit unusual compare to other whereas they doesn’t have any customised menu ... More which is good (personally) so at least they doesn’t have to stick to menu on daily basis & in case they are some changes in their ingredients today unlike some vendor they have to stick to the menu and prepare accordingly even there are some spoil ingredients for the day.

Menu variety is repeated. For instance, Friday fried chicken Monday still the same...

Taste ok for 1st order but subsequent after few days renewal food taste decline. Request of non spicy and no brinjal which noted for first order but not for ... More renewal on this second order. Order not correct but no replacement which is ok the most we don’t order from them again. The worst was their customer service and eventually blame us for not informing them to exclude spicy, brinjal and curry.

It will be our last order with this vendor effect their entire Le Xin Group.

We do like the food and dishes cater by this vendor. So far so good.

Taste: Is delicious. Especially their soup, to us, it had a taste of home made.

Delivery: At time they came very early for dinner, like 3:30pm. -.-'

Portion: Still ... More acceptable, at time is little in suffice for 2 pax.

Customer service: Approachable.

Negative:- Packaging came in plastic seal instead of cover, which we did feedback but according to their customer service this is the only way they cater and we was told to tear away the plastic seal before heating up.

They have a lot variety in their menu. 5days a row are mostly different dishes.

Portion was generous. BUT, at time it only suffice for 1 pax (example their veg dishes).

Taste wise for dishes is good except the soup is bland.

Our area ... More delivery usually is around 4:45pm to 5pm. Only a few time (once or twice) during rain driver came around 640pm

Had extended another 20days till mid August.

Service was excellent, deserved more than 5 stars. Prompt and reliable service even after office hours.

Food for lunch pretty much variety. We ordered their dinner as well directly from the supplier. Hence, dinner variety overall ok can be ... More better with more type of soup. Encounter once turn sour vegetables and feedback to person in charge, without hesitation/argue they apology and insist to replace on the following delivery. For the rice, at time could be too much water

Delivery:
On the very 1st day it arrived at 4plus in the afternoon.

2nd day it arrived 5:30pm

3rd/4th day arrived after 6pm

5th day Car Breakdown, call to enquiry and was told driver caught in a TRAFFIC JAM (I didn’t expect during this ... More period there is traffic, not sure if is the driver lying or the operator) will arrive before 7pm and yes it arrive 6:57pm

6th day (Monday) arrived 7:16pm, getting later and later... 7th day ok 6:40pm

8th day (WORST DAY) Told myself to wait till 7pm, wait till 7:10pm still no sign!. Finally they respond at 7:40pm, we decided to ordered Grab Food, although caterer in charge, Joanne agreed to reimburse but ended up my 8yo girl only had her dinner @ 8:30pm!!

For food wise:
I request no chilli, no brinjal/eggplant it still came twice brinjal and 1 sambal on the very first day of delivery. When Toufu/ Toukwa Dishes reached us it already turn sour luckily it only happen once. Otherwise food still acceptable, dishes portion is acceptable for small eater ourselves in fact it can filled up 2 adult when my hub’ is around. For soup, just enough for 1 adult and 1 child’s but also varies in days, some day the container filled up to 3/4 full plus some days it only filled up to 1/2 container plus (Container Ref: 1 pax noodle soup container selling in the food centre).

Rice, not consistent today ok, tomorrow deliver with 3/4 uncooked. Some day rice is a lot some day is less than 1/2.

They are several other minor hiccups in between, no doubt Ms. Joanne try to resolve and eventually she replaced us with 2 dinner but still jeopardise our dinner through out this 20days. I appreciate the thought from this generous lady but the entire experience turn us to lost confident in their catering hence we decided to go with alternate option for extension.

Also to add-on, is not easy to get Joanne through normal calling hence is recommend to use WhatsApp call should there is other diner would like to give a try.
