For clarity, the food and setup were delivered on time for your 12:00 pm ... More event, and the Yu Sheng was freshly prepared on the same day at approximately 10:30 am. While the Yu Sheng was delivered, we acknowledge your dissatisfaction regarding the missing abalone slices and taste preference.

Following the event, our team made multiple follow-up phone calls to check in and ensure everything was agreeable and satisfactory. As a gesture of goodwill, we also refunded the full amount for the Yu Sheng, despite the item being delivered and the issue relating only to the missing abalone slices.

We take all feedback seriously and will continue improving our quality checks, presentation, and communication. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
