Food portion is adequate and delicious. Everyday there's new dishes and no repeat of food. Quality of food is good. You won't see processed or frozen food. Their porridge is absolutely delicious and can even eat it on its own. I can see kanpei ... More (dried scallops) in the porridge. I guess that's why its so tasty.
Though not everything is good. Their Teochew porridge is delicious but their side dish like salted eggs is too little. For 2 pax portion, it was only catered half salted egg and 7-8 sliced of pickled mustard. Although the main dish was huge. I think they should strike a balance there. Other accompaniments like sambal or chilli sauce was too little. Seems like it was catered for 1 pax only.

I am pleasantly surprised that ordering mini buffet helps to lower the cost of the event without compromising the standard and convenience of food catered. My guests complimented the tasty, delicious & more than enough portion of the food. Food were ... More packed in pleasant looking container with serving spoons/sporks provided. Mushroom Broccoli sauce came separate. I guess the purpose to keep the broccoli fresher. Oriental fried rice was fluffy and doesn’t seem oily. It goes superbly well with the Nyonya curry chicken. The breaded prawn was the least favorite because it was difficult to peel prawns and the shell sticks to the prawns body. Suggestion in future to remove the prawn shell and it would be a popular dish too.
