Food quality and variety are quite good for a 5-day trial. There was a day when a dish was changed to a cheaper ingredient. Ok overall.

The dishes and soup are generally nice and don't really taste of MSG. Only delivered in plastic containers if order via Foodline but can choose metal tingkat containers if you order directly from them.

Repeated order. Tasty but portions are still quite small for 2 pax. Suggest they can use metal tingkat to be environmentally friendly.

Renewed order as the food is not bad although sometimes still deliver fish with bones despite the request not to have it. Caterer can be more environmentally friendly by using metal tingkat instead of disposable plastic boxes.

Food portion could be bigger. Soup variety could be wider too. The fried food tend to be too dry by dinner time.

The taste was acceptable although the food and soup portions were rather small. Can be more environmental friendly if the company has metal container option. Meals were delivered in disposable plastic boxes every day.

Pros: Able to skip selected days during the trial period, customer service is polite and easily contactable via WhatsApp, timely delivery.

Cons: Unable to request for less oily or non-spicy options, hence may not be that suitable for households ... More with young children. Food and soups are quite oily, and tasted same same but slightly different. Dishes tasted like those cooked by economic rice stalls, but no homecooked taste. Ginseng chicken soup was bland and did not have any ginseng actually. One of the vegetables dishes was not washed properly and still had soil inside.

The dishes were fresh, tasty and nutritious. They were properly packed in the thermal bag and containers. Portion was enough for 2 adults.
