It’s a basic staple daily dinner which is overall rather healthy as in the soup is practically oil-free.

Ordered from this caterer 2 years ago for about 1 year+. Now back to this caterer again. Was Good initially but perhaps changed cook so quality went down. Now is so so good again. Healthy type and I think they went extra mile to remove the oil from ... More the soup.

One of the least preferred dinners. Spicy bean paste minced pork is quite good. The peanut chicken is ok. The veggie soup is ok not oily.

Used to order for 4 pax now 3 pax. There’s a rather big difference in portion - the big round container to the small rectangular one.

This photo is one those least popular dishes day… my family doesn’t like the potato dish. Had ordered 4pax previously and the portion is quite a different from my current 3 pax.

As usual, their curries are the best and the Kong Bao Chicken is good My kids like their dried chillies and spiciness

Overall their herbal soup is good. Vegetable soup is so -so only. But at times it tends to be slightly oily due to the chicken skin in the soup.

Has been ordering from Hong Choo Catering for a year already. So far so good for most dishes. Will continue.

It is still good. However the vegetables tends to be slightly oily. Their best dishes are curries - fish, meat or veg.

SiChuan stir fry vegetables is on the soggy and salty side.
On the whole, most dishes are good. Also the stir fry vegetables used to be less oily.
