For those without high expectation, it is worth trying.

The caterer arrived at the time as requested, not too early nor late. The set-up was efficient, and the staff were polite. The cereal fillet was not crunchy but soft and tasteless. The pineapple drink tasted a bit strange, and the dessert had a lot ... More of white fungus but not enough soup. The best item was the fried rice with chicken floss, and the portion was generous. The herbal chicken was juicy, and the prawn taste good.

The caterer should invest on heat pad to keep the food warm.
Reviewed on 6th Feb 2025 Verified Purchase
The food was delivered more than 1 hour earlier than expected. The delivery time was to be between 5.30pm-6.30pm, but it arrived at 4.52pm. It was put in a plastic bag with seal, supposedly to keep it warm. But when we opened up the food containers ... More and trays, we found that it was not warm. It would be good if the caterer could provide heat pad. Another important point is, the quantity of food was small. Though we ordered for 15 pax, it seemed like the food quantity was for 10 pax. All these need to be improved.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the early delivery and the food not being warm. We appreciate your suggestion about using heat pads and will look into better temperature control for future deliveries. We’re also sorry the ... More portions didn’t meet expectations and will review our serving sizes to ensure they align with the order. We value your input and will work to improve these aspects moving forward.

General standard of food quality
Reviewed on 12th Nov 2020 Verified Purchase
The service was pretty good, with on time food delivery. Like some other food caterers, the food wasn't that tasty. I feel that the general standard of the food quality has dropped as compared to some decade ago. Is it because of food delivery ... More efficiency that has compromised the food quality?
