The caterer should invest on heat pad to keep the food warm.

The food was delivered more than 1 hour earlier than expected. The delivery time was to be between 5.30pm-6.30pm, but it arrived at 4.52pm. It was put in a plastic bag with seal, supposedly to keep it warm. But when we opened up the food containers ... More and trays, we found that it was not warm. It would be good if the caterer could provide heat pad. Another important point is, the quantity of food was small. Though we ordered for 15 pax, it seemed like the food quantity was for 10 pax. All these need to be improved.

Though I specially requested no pork, there was egg with pork on 14 Oct. The fish cake was not fresh and well cooked as compared to fried fish cake which I normally would get from economical fired bee hoon, bak chor mee or mixed rice stores.
