Have been with Hewtop for around a year but recent few months the food and service has been getting bad to worst despite complaining to their customer service and boss.
Will try out other caterer in the meantime.

e.g.
Fish has been tasteless ... More for few occasion and the service staff reply is "Will feedback to kitchen but the same thing will happen again.

Whatsapp reply has been getting slower and slower whenever issue occurs.
Standard reply, " will feedback to kitchen" for all sorts of issue.

Food rarely matches totally with the menu. Some days it is totally different. have feedback to them a few times.

Have subscribed to this vendor for a while. food and service was ok.
however the food and service was quite bad for the past 1-2 weeks.

sometimes portion a bit small.

Not much variety for vegetable. sometimes can be the same vegetable for a few days. The portion also seems become smaller over time. hope to see improvement as I have order for a few rounds already.

Food is ok, good if can introduce more variety for long term customer. Will be better if the food can arrive to closer dinner time
