Delivery is mostly on time which helps in making all the different arrangements in the house. Food portion is generous and they are neither too salty or oily which is good as we wanted to make sure the kids have a healthy diet.

Communications could be strengthen further, at times when their delivery car is down or they have a new delivery person; the food gets delivered very very late and you're left wondering what's going on till you text them to find out the reasons. ... Our kids like the dishes most of the time and they are also less oily and salty as compared to other tingkat services we’ve tried in the past. Portion wise they are pretty generous so more than enough to go around.

The delivery uncle is always prompt on time. Food is always warm when it reaches our house and the kids like the different selections. Food portion was generous and healthier as it is less oily & saltiness as compared to food outside.

Food was tasty and not that oily or salty in my opinion, that would be a plus point for people who want their meals to be healthier.

However, their portion is much lesser as compared to 3 other caterers i've used so that's a consideration to take ... More note if you have members in the family who are large eater; might not be sufficient to go around to share.
