The food quality is above average and my family quite like it when compared to other caterers out there. But the price point is on the higher side. Will consider renew the contract next month.

On one occasion, the dinner was delivered for 1 pax, which was vastly inadequate for a 3 pax order. Called for resend but caterer was unable to fulfill. This was really ridiculous as I ordered this dinner for my convenient, but this caterer provides ... More inconvenience for my family. The issue was again the driver mixed up the order. Last contract I faced with wrong order being delivered twice and recommended for them to label the order properly so that the driver will not be confused. Asked the boss to call me but they only offer one day extension and a dish replacement for the compensation on this repeated mistake made by the driver. Enough of this saga...period.

This mistake was repeated on the second day, and the compensation did not arrive on the agreed date. Although the compensation was ... More subsequently fulfilled, the mistake was done by the driver who he got mixed up with the orders. Anyway, such incident should not have happened if the orders were clearly labelled. Obviously, the caterer needs to take action to prevent such mistakes in the future. Overall, the food quality is acceptable at this price point, but the service can be better improved.

On one occasion, despite request to skip meal, the dinner still delivered and caused food wastage again. Food quality was acceptable at this price point. Service wise can be better in managing skip meal request.

Food quality was acceptable, and delivery was always on time. Only on one occasion that the dinner was delivered although it was cancelled for that day. Overall, a decent Tingkat delivery caterer at this price point.

On another occasion, received a sour tofu dish believed it to be a spoilt food dish. Feedback to caterer and receive no compensation. On a few occasions, the portion of the dishes were much smaller for 3 pax. Overall, very disappointing with this caterer and will definitely not recommend to all out there. My first try shall be my last try.

The replacement dish eventually arrived after 3 ... More attempts; sounds like very unwilling to provide the replacement dish. Overall, the food quality was so-so or at best average standard. The food actually always arrives on time, but the service can be better in view of the above incident for my case.
