Helped my extended familiar order for lunch as few deliver 10-day lunch. Food ok but last few days, delivery was 2-3 hrs late because of unfamiliarity by relief driver. Caterer also no response when called until Foodline customer service helped.

First tine ordering from Kim’s Catering on family’s behalf. They feedback that the food was generally ok.

First time upgraded to add a soup to 3 dishes as the top up cost is minimal. Unfortunately, my mother feedback that all the soups tasted very salty and had very little ingredients. Only the black bean soup was nice.

Cheapest tingkat provider so far, fast and reliable service. Balanced dishes that are not too oily or salty.

Mummy’s feedback is still generally positive - not too salty or oily, except that the gravy of some dishes tend to be too sweet.

Mum said food us still good, not oily or salty and delivered on time. However, the gravy might have contained lots of sugar because her sugar level spiked for past quarter during doctor check-up after starting the tingkat..We will monitor.

Our 3rd order. Convenient & not too salty. However, postponement is only limited to 2 days per order. So we have to suspend and resume our next order until after the 2-week festive season.

This is our second order for our mum. She said it was generally still nice. However, once, the steamed egg in plastic container was grey at the bottom leading us to think the plastic had reacted with the food and unsafe to eat and threw it away. We ... More were told the plastic containers are microwave safe and can withstand high heat. Perhaps it should not be oversteamed.

This is our first time ordering tingkat. Not many caterers provide 1 person meal or as reasonably priced. My mum said the dishes were just the right size portion for her. Not too salty or oily. Homecooked style.
