Luckily, the food arrived on time. I feel that 2 workers are needed to help with the driving, delivery and set up of the buffet. I had to help the driver as he was rushing for time.
Most of the food items tasted fine except for 1) driver forgot ... More about the sauce for the sweet and sour prawns (can't blame him cuz he was overloaded with work), 2) the cumin chicken had strong cumin smell but i had no choice but to order this dish as the other dish is mushroom or something which we do not want. 3) feedback from my colleagues that the luohan veg weren't well cooked, they tasted quite raw. 4) honey cakes were too dry.
I like the rice and cereal fish tho.

The bentos arrived in time. curry chicken was nice. I do not like the rempura fish as it became soggy after drenched in the thai chilli sauce. The white rice was undercooked.

Everything were good except for the gado gado. The delivery man Mr Kumar provided tip top service, which was impressive. Will order from them again.

I like that the cake is not so sweet. It is Halal as well. Seller messaged me one day before delivery to confirm. Will order from them again

I like the prawn salad, the dressing that comes with the dish is refreshing. I also like the tofu dish, they were very generous with the tofu. I do not like the fish as the sauce had only a little pesto to it.

I ordered both chicken teriyaki bentos and salmon teriyaki bentos for our staff lunch. i had the salmon bento. It was ok, salmon portion a little small haha. The rest were ok. corn with japanese cucumber tasted a little sour, not sure if it's due to ... More the dressing.

Glad that I ordered from this caterer. Delivery was slightly earlier than slated which was good. The mee tai mak was a hit. My colleagues loved it. I also like that the fish fillet didn't taste dry, chicken ngo hiang also looked yummy and could ... More tell that the oil used for deep frying was quite fresh. I didn't have the lemongrass chicken but heard that it was a little tough.
The only grouse is that the dessert grass jelly longan was very sweet. Should remove half of the syrup and add in more ice to balance the taste. And the tofu dish could be less salty (I had actually requested for the dishes to be less saltish and sweet).
Overall, I am happy with the experience. Will order from Spark and Flame catering again.

Delivery was on time. I indicated to provide 2 candles but was only given 1. Cake was delicious, creamy and rich. Will be better if it is less sweet.

Delivery was on time. I like the butter rice and chicken stew would be great if the portion is bigger. I do not like the veggies which were overcooked. will order their Asian menu in future to try it out.

I find the meal is value for money at $4 per bento. The white rice is of medium quality (not the mushy type). The fish, veg, omlette and half slice of sotong fillet are ok, nothing to complain about. Will order again.
