Glad that I ordered from this caterer. Delivery was slightly earlier than slated which was good. The mee tai mak was a hit. My colleagues loved it. I also like that the fish fillet didn't taste dry, chicken ngo hiang also looked yummy and could ... More tell that the oil used for deep frying was quite fresh. I didn't have the lemongrass chicken but heard that it was a little tough.
The only grouse is that the dessert grass jelly longan was very sweet. Should remove half of the syrup and add in more ice to balance the taste. And the tofu dish could be less salty (I had actually requested for the dishes to be less saltish and sweet).
Overall, I am happy with the experience. Will order from Spark and Flame catering again.

Delivery was on time. I indicated to provide 2 candles but was only given 1. Cake was delicious, creamy and rich. Will be better if it is less sweet.

Delivery was on time. I like the butter rice and chicken stew would be great if the portion is bigger. I do not like the veggies which were overcooked. will order their Asian menu in future to try it out.

I find the meal is value for money at $4 per bento. The white rice is of medium quality (not the mushy type). The fish, veg, omlette and half slice of sotong fillet are ok, nothing to complain about. Will order again.

Cakes arrived within delivery timeframe. However, Supplier wrote down Foodline Account manager Zhen Yi's name and contact number instead. I wasnt informed of the cakes being left on the service table at level one and luckily my colleague walked by, ... More saw them and asked me if I'd ordered. Kindly note to write down customer's name and contact number in future so that my colleagues will know that items are for me and cakes not left outside for too long.

Driver was supposed to set up buffet by 1130am and ready to start the buffet at 12pm. However, they only arrived at 12pm and set up done at 1213pm. They should have informed earlier if they were going to be late instead of me calling up to chase. ... More
We postponed our celebrations due to the caterer's lateness. When we started to eat at 1230pm, the food were not warm, which I believe was due to the food wasn't given enough time to warm up after setting up.
The Thai style fish is more like batter without fish, can hardly find any fish inside the deep fried batter. Mix reviews on the prawns. Some commented that the shells were stuck to the flesh (not fresh), some said prawns were ok. Curry chicken seemed like leftovers from yesterday as the meat were already fell off the bone and disintegrated into small pcs in the gravy. Mini choc eclair is dry, not nice at all.
Will not order from this caterer in the near future unless they do better job in their food and service.

Few of my colleagues love this cake. Their feedbacks in general are the cake is moist and it is filled with fresh cream and fruit slices which they like. Will try their other cake flavours in future when we have our staff birthday celebrations.

Delivery was on time and Seller was courteous. Most importantly, cake was tasty and not sweet. Will buy again other cakes from the same Seller.
