We are sincerely apology for the incident happened for your event that caused a 40mins late from the eating time at where the food was nicely set up and ready to consume at 2.40pm. We answered the call immediately when ... More its rang, believe the several calls that you have make was to Foodline hotline which is not our direct service number. We will only get all updates from the operation teams if there was a hiccups happened or they faced a traffic obstruction. While picking up your call, our operation teams was just informed that due to sudden heavy rain, they were having a congestion on the road. And instantly we informed to you that the food would be arrive at 2.30pm. Safety while driving is their main concern so they committed to safely deliver all the food to each events. Thanks for the team that they really make it on time to arrived at your place at 2.30pm, and had their flashing set up regardless of the rain was still heavily falling, just to ensure your guests can have the food as soon as possible.

Explanation said nothing for the incident that had happened. We deeply felt sorry for your guests that need to be waited for long, as a token of apology, we have immediately agreed to waive the transportation charges which is $45+ for your event while the complained was make to us. Nevertheless, we try our best to serve all our customers with pride.
