The food was decent, a variety of dishes. But what was disappointing was the hygiene and the service. We found a blue plastic in the curry dish and worm in baby kailan. When reported back to the caterer via whatsapp, there was no response or any service recovery initiative. Hope there was something done instead of just ignoring the problem

The food setup was fast and driver was understanding of the timing for pick up and clearing. However, the food was at best mediocre. Many guests said it was not very nice and drinks given was too little

Service was excellent however food portion was not as expected to pax ordered, curry chicken was a little overcooked as guest has difficulty consuming the hard meat, spaghetti and tofu was nice

Very disappointed with this catering service. The food quality was poor. Tofu had an odd texture, and the jelly cocktail went untouched. Fried scallops were the only item eaten completely. Not enough utensils were provided as well and the rice was clumped and unappealing. To top it off, the delivery person forgot to collect the flower display, so we had to call and wait for him to return. Not recommended.

Second time order from this caterer. The food was not so nice for this caterer. My guest complained that the food is not nice

Compared to other food caterers that I have engaged previously, the food portion is not generous as what other reviewers had mentioned.
The baby Kailan was hard while the prawns were mashy, a clear sign they were not fresh. The grilled chicken (in honey sesame sauce) was not marinated hence were pretty tasteless. The saving grace was they did not use chicken breasts.
Mee Siam was the nicest dish, together with breaded fish and the egg tofu. The sauce from the egg tofu can be used on the fried rice, as the latter was pretty bland.
The spring rolls were disappointingly soft and the pink guava cordial was not popular either.

From the point of ordering to delivery customer service end was very helpful . They were very accommodating in twerking of the menu .

Upon the delivery was the start of my nightmare , when i saw the set up was so small i even asked the delivery man if it was sufficient for 50pax he say confirm enough.

When my bosses saw the set up they was also shocked on how little the amount of food was , i quickly feedback to the customer service who replied very swiftly , however she get back with answer that we give 1.3times per pax , should be sufficient . (saying that if we have many foreign worker can highlight to them , so they can give more rice/noodles)

Counting the cakes she revert back to us that there was 60pcs, which also don't make the 1.3 times per pax. We will very short changed with the quantity of food provided for 50pax . We have order food previous years with other caterers , rice/ noodles always have left over. Do note that even the water given was also the smallest cooler i have seen for a buffet set up , and caterer mentioned it servers 70pax .

In the end the buffet probably only fed 43pax with 1 serving each. From the people who ate they say that food was ok , acceptable taste wise .

Chicken should be more grilled would be nicer. Thsi style bean curd should fried more crispy , preferably with a layer of flour. Fried rice still have lumps of white rice that was not stirred well enough.

Delivery the wrong dish to me and I order at 6pm but comes at 4.30pm. the wok fried fish with cereal and curry leaf is too hard and dry, the less so so .........
