Healthy Meals Catering

The quantity of food is generous such that my order for 3 pax was sufficient for my family of four. The dishes were varied, not too oily and healthy.

Food was decent for most days, variety of vegetables improved. Convenient and good for fuss free meals.

Food was generally tasty and good although sometimes they can be more on the bland side. They are also very flexible in terms of their replacement meals. One major issue that I faced with this caterer, however, was that my food was almost always delivered to me late (sometimes after best consumed timing) and I would always be starving by the time my food came. This was unfortunately by no fault of the caterer as I understand that they engaged a 3P delivery service. When feedback was given, they responded well and satisfactory.

Cooking style is healthy with less salt, less oil and less deep fried food. Soup is tasty although there is repetition in the same week. Soup portion can be lesser as we can't finish the soup everyday, wasteful to throw away.

Food, service are okay. not bad. attentive to my special request.

Delivery was punctual, and food portion was good for two pax. Generally, food was not too oily and had nice greens. Have renewed cycle.

Food tasted quite good and supposedly healthy too. Variety of dishes was quite impressive.

The customer service officer do have a good attitude. But the delivery keeps coming later than usual around 1pm to 1.15pm. There is even once where they totally forgot about the lunch delivery. But customer service is nice to extend the day to the last day.

There is a good variety of dishes. The deliveries were made in good time. Reliable ting kat service.
