If you are looking for budget friendly tingkat, this one can consider. As for my cycle, there were twice whereby the vegetable dish was no longer good for consumption when I was about to consume it. It was a real pity. However, overall I would still say this is acceptable tingkat, it's something you can consider if you are looking for budget friendly tingkat. Thanks!

We have never been disappointed by the cuisine at Hewtop Caterer. The portion is adequate, not overly oily and salty, and suitable for elderly persons; I order for my mother, who enjoys it greatly. I attempted ordering from other caterers after a while but returned to Hewtop Caterer because my mother still prefers their dishes. I will keep ordering it.

Food was OK but 1 soup has a 1.5cm worm in it. After I feedback, the soup plastic was delivered torn and spilled. Customer service did apologise and offer 1 free meal.

Food was okay. Been ordering for a period of time already. Of course would like to see more new taste and varieties choice. More flavours of soups also. Still don’t have brown rice option! Thanks!!

Reliable tingkst delivery, not late. Always check with me if want to renew. My mother in law also like them.

Food is average, some of the dishes are saltish. We hope the management will consider to make the food healthier.

Affordable, economical, easy to order Tingkat at your door step. Food is tasty and well done. Portion is sufficient though sometime portion is too little. Should consider giving slightly more quantity. No delivery charge is a plus when ordering from Hewtop Catering.

The food and service were up to my expectation over the last 20 days. However, on one occasion, they delivered the wrong order that came with a soup instead of the 4 dish as per my order. Although, this was compensated with one more dish the next day, but the additional dish was only delivered 2 days after the incident as claimed the driver forgot to pick-up the additional dish. On another occasion, the dinner was delivered at 610pm, which was very close to the unsafe consumption cut-off time of 630pm. No compensation was made for this late delivery but only offer a verbal apology on this incident. Overall, the service can be better in terms of packing the right order for customer and on time delivery for better experience to the customer.

Food was normal and was cold when arrived. Packaging had improved but menu is still the same as before.
