Almost every day has a processed food. Otherwise food is ok. Delivery is ok. Can’t comment much from service since didn’t get to liaise with the staff.

The food has varieties. The quantities are enough. The taste of the food is acceptable. Overall, the meals are nice

My repeat order here with Hewtop (#25). On and off chef will cook prawn which this dish is my favorite.

The food was up to the expectation for my family. But on one occasion, the order was sent wrongly as it delivered with 3 dishes plus one soup instead of 4 dishes. The caterer did apologize for the mistake made and I have accepted the apology and hope that the mistake wouldn't repeat again. Overall, the service and food were of acceptable standard.

Ordered from Hewtop but the delivery is from Kim's catering. Food quality is acceptable but sometime quantity a bit less

Food was generally tasty. The daily soup was nice and there was sufficient variety every day so it will not get boring. Will order again if I need tingkat.

First time using this caterer, we subscribed for a 4 meals for 10 days lunch trial. The caterer's biweekly menu is only for 3 meals + soup. We were wondering why it is so hard to create an additional 4 meals for customers' reference. Dishes are prepared on a thick and starchy gravy. It's not very appetizing especially when food is deliver earlier (10am plus) and get cold. Besides the caterer prepared frequent fried food and processed meat such as sausages pr luncheon meat. I have 2-3 processed food in 10 days. Lastly no brown rice as option...this is a let down for customers who want other option than white rice.

My family like the food from them. The soup is easily the best that I have from the many different caterers that I have been with. I have just renewed another package with them.

At the beginning, food items were alright. Then the standard goes downwards day by day. Vegetables dish did not make the mark. In one of the days, the vegetables dish tasted sour and had to be thrown away. One of the fish dishes (in the photo) was pale red. For the soup, in the first few days, it was in a container but after that, it was in a meal bag. I assume the caterer wanted to prevent spillage. Not sure if the soup portion became smaller after that. It did not fill up about half of my 1L pot as compared to when it was in a container.

Other food items are ok for the price.

The food is not too oily or salty and the portion is quite generous. Generally satisfied with the food.
