Leafy vegetable was yellow on most days and we just have to threw it away. this is the 1st time i have threw most food as compare to any other vendor, soup portion was small as well. Given feedback but only for 1 replacement so far. Disappointed.

Taste of food, quality of ingredients and portions were alright.
Service wise, the staff on their phone line was very friendly and helpful. When they forgot my rice for one of the days, they immediately offered to make up for a dish.

However, delivery time was too early. Dinner came at abt 3pm.

On time delivery, food quality and taste is nice. Food portion is sufficient for 3 pax. Worth to try with this caterer.

Nice and yummy tingkat. The portion is big. Suitable for 2+1 family. We will definitely order this tingkat again!

There is variety of food. However, sometimes they have change of driver and new driver is late if delivering food.

Service is great, very on time. But food not hot enough, not everyone have a micwave at home. If can provide spoon etc will be best.

Food taste OK, just that need to improve on the variety of dishes, same day can have two similar dishes.
Renewal for few times, but recently the quality looks dropped, the veggies are overcooked.

Food quality, portion and variety seem to have generally deteriorated a bit, although on some days it was still good. The 4th dish is processed food, which is not so good. On 2 days, the customer service person seems unable to understand my messages, but it was subsequently made up for adequately probably by a different customer service person. Delivery for dinner to my place is usually around 3pm.
