Pan Fried Sambal Prawns 干煎辣虾 - Flavourful. Prawns not the freshest but acceptable. Teohchew Crispy Prawn Roll 潮州虾枣 - Mini ngoh hiang balls with sweet sauce. I liked this a lot and found myself drizzling the sweet sauce on other things also. Cereal Fish Fillet 麦片鱼片 - Decent. Not a lot of fish meat (more batter than fish). Pandan Leaf Chicken 香兰鸡 - Very good. I honestly didn't know what pandan chicken is. About 1 inch cube of chicken thigh/leg with lots of spices/sambal. Tastes like satay. Chicken was very succulent.
