Ichiban Bento review

This bento set has a few variety of food with nice crispy chicken and curry (packed separate) for a complete meal. Nice food.

Picked up was from Kuriya Pasir Ris Mall. Good meal with a chicken rice bowl (kinda like oyako don style) and croquette.

Oyako Don was good and tasty. The portion was decent as well for a quick meal. Food was ready when I went to pick up. Good!

Fuss free and great! The bento comes with a few sides to go with. Just that mentai sauce is abit salty.

Food was prepared already when I went to pick it up. Teriyaki salmon was nice, double katsu chicken was a little salty. Overall it was a good meal.

My repeat order as I like the bento set so much. It was a good lunch with rice, protein, tamago and the sides.

No update of food delivery after 30mins past scheduled time on 31 Dec. Called foodline service nbr but they not working on 31 Dec (not sure why no customer service if they still allow ppl to order online? Anything wrong with the delivery there's no ... More one to help us track and check)
Lucky I was able to source the caterer online and they have been very helpful to help me check which branch of theirs is doing the order and even helped me follow up closely with the drivers. They even took the initiative to help me change to another faster driver when the assigned one informed still need another 45mins to pick up the order and he was already an hr late!

The food is worth it big portion. Quality is great as always. Just a little bit of a wait though order collection at 6 ordered a week ago but have to wait about half an hour.

The food reached our side still quite warm and the taste is nice as per our guests. the packaging also in good conditions while received the food.

Food is good, love that it comes with the side dishes!
