The food was very good. Biggest disappointment is the lack of communication from foodline and the items were delivered 1 hour later than the scheduled time. It was not a bad feeling to have foodline helpdesk closed during non office hours, whatsapp ... More with no response at the last 15 min. And we were only make known by another number saynig "sorry there be a delay..." in the eleventh hour. Not professional and is not customer orientated at all. Would not order through foodline again for ichi bento .

Very bad customer experience from eCreative.Catering

1) My delivery time was 1745-1845 on 7th Dec, eCreative called me only an hour earlier at 1639, telling me the order that was done is only 70, not 90. The person, Freeza was still bold to ask me to take it as it is and refund me the balance. Hello? ... More This means that the rest of the 20 in the party need to settle food elsewhere. What logic is this? How much time was I left?
2) Not only that, the order taken was wrong and was replaced with sweet sour fish instead.
3) Because of 1 and 2, NaNa, the manager, assisted to make up the additional 20 packs but with mixture of food, no choice.
4) Worst thing happen, delivery man lost and do not know where to park, all 80plus guests were all given the same address and those who drove did not find any problem parking, it is at junction 8, what so difficult? We only received the food after 3 guests called him and asked where he is and took the food up at 7pm (he said he need to rush off and cannot help to bring the food up), everyone was already there since 630pm eating the deserts and fruits first. It was an extremely awkward and uncertain half hour for the party to begin with. I called office at 630pm twice, and no answer from them.
5) 2 packets of food were spilled, the delivery person explained because my 3 guests did not come down in time to help him (what to say about him...)
6) And then the trolley was left with us. Delivery man called again and asked for the trolley, again he does not know where to park and how to go up because it was my guests who helped with the food up earlier. The party ended at 9pm as it was a party catered for children, but he can only be here at 917pm, I have to wait for him to come to take the trolley. Very unpleased evening sadly to say.
