We would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments.

Regarding the statement that "there's not a single ... More prawn dish," our monthly menu does include prawn and other seafood dishes as part of the regular rotation. For example, Tiger Prawn Roll was included during your subscription period, while dishes such as Cereal Seafood were featured in the published menu. As our menu rotates weekly, not every dish appears within every customer's subscription period.

Our monthly menu is published in advance and shared with customers before purchase so they can review the dishes and understand the menu rotation before deciding to subscribe.

We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our soups are simply "plain water boiled with root vegetables." During your subscription, we served a wide variety of traditional home-style soups, including Old Cucumber Pork Soup, Liu Wei Herbal Chicken Soup, Herbal Chicken Soup, Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup, ABC Soup, Bak Kut Teh, Red Bean Lotus Root Soup, Pumpkin Mushroom Soup, White Fungus Pumpkin Wolfberry Soup. While not every soup is a double-boiled herbal broth, each is freshly prepared as part of a balanced home-cooked meal.

Our meals are planned to provide a balanced combination of protein, vegetables and soup, with different cooking styles and ingredients rotated throughout the month. We appreciate that everyone has different preferences, but we do not intentionally reduce protein in favour of lower-cost ingredients.

Lastly, we sincerely apologise that your meals did not arrive at your preferred serving temperature and that the delivery timing did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of food quality and delivery reliability and will continue to improve our operations.
