The tingkat food from Jiak Ba is reasonably nice.

Food and service was good but it would be better if the delivery man hangs the plastic bag of food properly and carefully on the hook at my gate as the container of food was titled or lying on its side.

A variety and good quantity of greens. Dishes are healthy, not oily or overly salty.

Delivery time is consistent and punctual.
Good customer service as well. Post feedback was offered extra dish for following day's dinner. Appreciate the kind gesture

Some improvements can be made to the fish dishes e.g. ginger or lemon to make it more tasty. Sauce can be separated from fish to maintain texture. More cooking methods or different sauces can be introduced for chicken dishes.

The taste of the food not bad, the portion was good enough.

The delivery was slightly delayed maybe due to too many deliveries during the CNY, the delivery guy was friendly. The food portion was good enough. The taste of the foods not bad, but some of the dishes, like the kai lan, the cereal fish was cut into quite big chunks. The yusheng’s smoke salmon cut into big pcs too. But overall me and my relatives was quite satisfied with the food and service.

Food quality consistently good, food volume very generous, but would have been better if not for the recent price increase of about $100 (for a 20 days 2 pax package). Otherwise, still one of the better tingkat suppliers in Singapore.

Consistent & Recommended Tingkat Lunch

I’ve been having the tingkat lunch from Jiaba Catering for months now, and so far, they’ve been consistent in maintaining their quality.

Here’s my take on some recent dishes:

1. Pork slices with fermented red bean curd and garlic chives – very delicious.
2. Stir-fried snake gourd with eggs – a bit too salty for my taste.
3. Scallion oil dumplings – a little too oily.

That said, overall, they are one of the best Tingkat catering services I’ve tried. Their customer service is excellent—very responsive and prompt. I’m happy with Jia Ba Catering and would highly recommend them.
