Love their delivery in tingkat containers!

This is my first time ordering from Jiak Ba. I was initially attracted to order from them because they offered a delivery in tingkat container option. For my family of 5, they delivered 2 tingkat containers and the amount was mostly sufficient for my family. Their food taste fantastic and after 10 days, I've decided to renew for another 20 days with them.

This is my first time ordering from this caterer. The dishes are less oily and salty. The vegetable a bit hard for elderly. Hope they will cook their vegetable a bit softer. Food portion is very generous for 1 pax. Delivery time was consistent at 11 am which was very good. Highly recommended.

This is a repeat order for me, which speaks volumes about the convenience and overall quality of this tingkat service. The absolute star of the meal, hands down, is the soup. It is consistently the highlight—always piping hot, wonderfully nourishing, and deeply flavourful. It genuinely feels like home-cooked goodness every time. However, I have to point out the persistent issue with the vegetable dishes. They are reliably a bit tasteless and often lack the seasoning or punch needed to make them exciting. They really need to step up the flavour profile on the greens to match the quality of the superb soup and other main courses.

Completed three cycles of 10 days Tingkat Dinner with this same caterer. Decided to renew for the 20 days cycle (4th times). Overall the food was good. The food portion are reasonable. One adverse comment is that the Fish dish is always the same type of Fish. Need to consider different types. Wish to taste other type. On the whole, Good quality of economical food. The food is delivered daily consistently on time. Will renew for another 20 days commencing 13/10/25
