We absolutely love the curry chicken drumlets, but it would be amazing if the caterer could occasionally switch it up and serve curry chicken wings instead! A little bit of variety for that specific dish would make an already fantastic menu even better.

Delicious however soup very heaty that I need to stop order.

Food is delicious and soup has been nice however I noticed they over dose the soup ingredients same herb such as red dates and goji berry in every soup that do which the taste may not be right ingredient to the soup. Just after a day my body felt very hot till my eyes pain and had to buy cooling water to cool down even after few days still hot as the food is coming every day. So same soup ingredients drink hot never cool down so I had to stop using this vendor.

Tingkat suitable for elderly, children and any adult

This is our first trying, we try the 5 days meal, I thought to try the 3 dishes meal. However, they only have 4 dishes or 3 dishes + soup. Overall the food taste is just nice, not too salty or tasteless. They have more variety of vegetables compare to the previous caterers we have tried. We will continue Jiak Ba for our dinner.

A Solid Tingkat Choice

I've been ordering from Jia Ba catering since Oct 25, and overall, I'm quite satisfied.

1. The Char Siew Grilled Chicken Chop is flavorful and tasty, though it can be a bit oily.

2. Radish Cake with Chinese sausage is consistently delicious - a personal favourite.

3. I also really enjoy the Stir-Fried Cucumber with Anchovies and the Hong Kong-Style Char Siu Pork - both pack great flavour.

Nice to have dessert and herbal tea included in every Tuesday and Friday as a regular treat.

On the downside, some dishes do turn out a little salty and oily at times. If can tone that down, this would be a near-perfect tingkat service.

Still, for the variety and taste, I'd recommend giving it a try.
