2. Stir-fried seabass fillet with three peppers - good
3. Steamed salmon with ginger & spring onion - very good
4. Fried salmon with mayonnaise – good, but one piece was over-fried and too hard
5. Braise pork belly with peanuts - most pieces were too fatty
6. Coffee pork ribs - very hard in texture
7. Radish cake with Chinese sausage - a bit too oily
8. Sweet and sour stir-fried chikuwa – not a fan, as it’s processed food and less healthy.
Overall, some dishes are really tasty, but there’s room for improvement in consistency and healthier options
