A Solid Tingkat Choice

I've been ordering from Jia Ba catering since Oct 25, and overall, I'm quite satisfied.

1. The Char Siew Grilled Chicken Chop is flavorful and tasty, though it can be a bit oily.

2. Radish Cake with Chinese sausage is consistently delicious - a personal favourite.

3. I also really enjoy the Stir-Fried Cucumber with Anchovies and the Hong Kong-Style Char Siu Pork - both pack great flavour.

Nice to have dessert and herbal tea included in every Tuesday and Friday as a regular treat.

On the downside, some dishes do turn out a little salty and oily at times. If can tone that down, this would be a near-perfect tingkat service.

Still, for the variety and taste, I'd recommend giving it a try.

Nice Ting Kat Meals

I have been ordering this 3-dish-and-1-soup tingkat lunch for my mother and she have generally enjoyed the experience. The food is mostly tasty, well-balanced, and provides a good variety throughout the week. Portions are reasonable and suitable for a satisfying lunch. One feature she particularly appreciate is the Tuesday dessert, which is a pleasant surprise and a nice touch that sets it apart from the usual tingkat offerings. The soup is usually comforting and complements the meal well. While some dishes are stronger than others, the overall quality has been consistent. A reliable and value-for-money option for daily lunch deliveries.

Confinment trail - great food and taste, good for ginger fan

1. Confinement trail meal delivered on time, warm, without thermal bag
2. Great quality food, especially cod fish
3. In general, every dish has lots of ginger, including tea
4. Dessert is nice
Happy with the food overall, just the ginger taste is a bit too strong for me. I'll definitely give a good rating.

Flavorful dishes with excellent variety

Very impressed with the menu rotation! Every evening feels like a nice surprise because the dishes don't just repeat constantly like other caterers we've tried. The meats are tender, the veggies aren't overcooked, and the soup is always comforting. It really satisfies that craving for a wholesome, comforting meal after a long day at work.
