Same issues with the size of the dishes especially the thin slice of fish. Soup is ok. The delivery will forget to send rice and sometime soup. Sometime the delivery is after 6 or once 7pm.

On the first day of this contract, the order was wrongly delivered. Ordered 4 dishes but delivered with 3+soup. This mistake was repeated on the second day, and the compensation did not arrive on the agreed date. Although the compensation was subsequently fulfilled, the mistake was done by the driver who he got mixed up with the orders. Anyway, such incident should not have happened if the orders were clearly labelled. Obviously, the caterer needs to take action to prevent such mistakes in the future. Overall, the food quality is acceptable at this price point, but the service can be better improved.

It's more like 2.5*. Was expecting better food as other reviews rating were high. Curry chicken is salty and too much coconut and not to my taste. Spring roll and wheat prawn are soft and soggy. Sweet sour fish was ok but the side ingredients turned bad pretty quick. Beehoon and mixed ven with mushrooms are the best dishes so that's kind of sad... Elcairs are standard nice. Portion are pretty big so just order the exact number of pax and don't need to order more imo.

Order for my mum. Quality was initially satisfactory but the soups have become very salty. Instructions from call recipient to kitchen to driver seem to fall through the gap. Example, no delivery on first day, hang the food on door knob despite asking to put on chair, etc. We will take a break from ordering.

They delivered way before time which is acceptable but the food can be better after hearing reviews from my guest. The dessert are ok but main course really need to improve especially the curry chicken. It's watery and chicken is not tender enough.

The fish is of a thin slice, not onetime but every time especially the fried ones. I am wondering what is the margin of profit that make the fish a thin slice? The delivery man sometime forget to bring rice or soup. The taste is acceptable. Not much seafood and the chicken/ meats are of smaller portions.

Felt that the quantity given per dish is a tad too little. The fish given is always a thin slice without “much fish “ maybe flour.

Not renewing the 30 days package . My aged parents were disappointed with the dishes most of the time, even though we have renewed with them before

Food is average and sometimes not consistent. Some days portion were reasonable for 3 pax, some days too little.

First time ordering from Robert - in general the experience was ok but food was on the oilier side and customer service is not as responsive as other caterers.
