Always experiences hiccups, especially at the start of a new cycle (Tingkat). Sometimes overlooked for non-delivery. Response time is slow after 6 p.m. if delivery has not yet been received. Overall, Food is fine.

My family and I are repeat customers of Robert Catering Services' daily dinner tingkat service. We really like their food!

Mum’s review: Soups are be salty sometimes. Portion sizes are reasonable. If can include so some spicy and sour dishes will be good. Fish dishes are usually not nice.

Felt that the quantity given per dish is a tad too little. The fish given is always a thin slice without “much fish “ maybe flour.

Not renewing the 30 days package . My aged parents were disappointed with the dishes most of the time, even though we have renewed with them before

Robert Catering tingkat dinner is mostly tasty and value for money. The portion is also sufficient for persons of 2. The feedback is that occasionally potatoes and pumpkin are served one too often. I do not consider them as dishes more like dessert.

One of the dishes, Fishballs dish, was found to be not fresh and with sour taste couple with a hard texture. Feedback to the caterer and had a replacement dish done on the next day. Although this issue was resolved, but the quality of the food is questionable. Other than that, delivery was always on time and previous food delivery on skip meals day did not happen in this contract period.

Food is of good and consistent quality. have been supporting this vendor for many years and will continue to do so in the future
