First time order from this seller, everyone enjoyed the food. The food looks too little when it first arrived, but in the end, we can't finish all of them, two plats of sushi platters are too much for the group of 11 pax, balance the most is the ... Morepotato salad as it does not taste as good and it a bit too sweet for salad. Show less

Dear Mr Lim Tiong Han,
From what I hear, you are talking about the sauce that was served together with the grilled giant squid.
It is actually the squid intestines, we cook it with sake and salt to maintain the taste of the sea. However, I ... Moreunderstand what you are saying as the taste is actually acquired and not many people can take the taste as is it very overwhelming. We do however on the other hand, have customers asking for more of that sauce, but unfortunately, there is only one innard per squid and we are unable to produce more.
I can assure you that our squid is fresh and flown in from Hokkaido. So sorry for the misunderstanding and we hope you enjoyed the rest of our dishes!
