On one occasion, the dinner was delivered for 1 pax, which was vastly inadequate for a 3 pax order. Called for resend but caterer was unable to fulfill. This was really ridiculous as I ordered this dinner for my convenient, but this caterer provides ... More inconvenience for my family. The issue was again the driver mixed up the order. Last contract I faced with wrong order being delivered twice and recommended for them to label the order properly so that the driver will not be confused. Asked the boss to call me but they only offer one day extension and a dish replacement for the compensation on this repeated mistake made by the driver. Enough of this saga...period.
