"Overall Food Presentation is good but food taste are average"

Overall presention still ok, but for food slightly above average. Robert Catering has agreed on the change some of the food item menu but ended didn't follow for one of the dishes.

E.g. I have requested for "Oven Baked Honey Chicken", instead of ... More Honey Drumlets (which is harder to eat / bite for young kids), but ended up Caterer just ignored and delivered Honey drumlets instead. When questioned via Foodline whatsapp, Caterer replied that "their oven baked honey chicken and honey drumlet is same thing, unless customer put remark on which chicken part they want, if not they will give all drumlet"?? Then why is it that when I raised my request via whatsapp earlier, Vendor said ok to change with no charge, but did not highlight the above?

I feel that this part is rather unacceptable services.
