"Food turn bad and smelly"

Thank you for highlighting this matter to us. As all of our food is prepared with no preservatives, there may be situations where food spoils quicker than usual such as due to the harsh and unpredictable weather in Singapore. ... More Food hung outside the door may be exposed to direct sunlight and result in easy spoilage. We would like to advise our customers to collect the food and store in a room temperature condition or even the fridge if necessary and reheat before consumption. We apologies for the unpleasant you had with us and we look forward to serving you again.
