"Poor first impression but service staff prompt to recover."

On the first day of my order, the delivery man forgot to deliver the rice I ordered, and the vegetable arrived sour. The service staff was prompt in service recovery by suggesting to compensate with additional soup on 2nd and 3rd day. On the 2nd ... More day, the delivery man forgot to deliver the additional soup and compensated that on the 4th day. However, the scrambled egg dish and vegetable dish delivered on the 2nd day / 3rd day had a bad burnt taste. I did not report those to HewTop, as at the point I decided I will not continue with them after the trail ended. The last day, however, delivered all 4 dishes well without issues, even the rice tasted much better. Food delivery was often early, around 3:30pm - 4pm, and the food expires around 6:30pm.
