The caterer came by a day before to set up the tables and equipments. Food was delivered very early on the actual day, about 45 mins from the time I requested.
Overall, dishes were well presented and nice, and favorites among the guests were thai ... More style mango fish fillet, prawn paste chicken, cereal prawn and Treasure roasted duck. Dessert which is sweet yam with gingko nuts was also very popular.
Portion was average with no extra at all, (no food waste) exactly for the 40 paxs ordered. Most dishes were not too oily or salty, would definitely order again for the next gathering.
