"To improve on punctuality and food portioning."

Artival and Setup was not on time (Invoice indicated 12 pm set up completion but they took longer). Food didn't warm up in time as guests are already waiting and queuing to get the food. We also told the caterer guy to come bk at a designated time ... More as we need to vacant the venue on time, but they were late for more than 40 mins and still have not arrived when I need to leave the place. I think overall the food is good but I find the portion is too little (except for rice and prawns) considering my order is based on 85 pax. I did not under order but most of the dishes are gone when 85% of my guests are here.
