"Customer service of Fong Fu leaves much to be desired"

About two weeks ago we were given potatoes on two consecutive days; the first was boiled and the next day was potato chips. We brought this matter up to Foodline because potatoes are equivalent to rice dishes and not vegetable dish. Our request for ... More replacement items through Foodline was turned down and neither did Fong Fu try contacting us directly to explain. No customer service. There was one occasion in the past when we complained directly to Fong Fu about an excessively saltish dish of fried chicken. Seemed like it was overnight food that was refried with salt added again. Fong Fu again ignored our request for a replacement dish. Seems like Fong Fu does not care about providing good customer service unlike our past caterers who were most willing to replace such items despite the fact that we have been using Fong Fu for more than one year continuously.
