"Bad Service. Almost spoiling my wedding day."

I ordered this lunch for my wedding Tea Ceremony at my parent's house. They were late for delivery. Supposed to reach at 11am, but didn't reach and my Aunty called them twice but still haven't deliver even when its 12pm already. I am very busy on ... More that day and when i saw the missed call on my phone, i call back them at 12.10pm when I'm on my way back, and they says will be there soon, i ask them shouldn't they reach at 11am, they says 11-12pm, but its also after 12pm already. When they reach at 12.30pm, the person says he is late because he spilled all the drinks and don't dare to come up. But he still came up without the drinks and when we asked about it, he says he will go back woodlands to collect but will take 2hrs+ to come back. My guest are only there for Tea Ceremony and all will go back to prepare for my Wedding Dinner at other venues, who will stay there 2hrs to drink the drinks he bring back. We says not possible because we won't stay long there. he then says give us a $10 off. $10 for drinks of 30pax? We rejected and he threaten to collect all the food back. Its such a happy occasion and his service is very bad, all my relatives were there waiting and he threaten to collect the food back. luckily after that my sisters went to discuss with him, ask him to call his manager and all, while i can continue with the Tea Ceremony. Such a bad experience with them.
