"Portions are small and definitely not catered for stated pax"

Food was not bad but portion was very little for 30 pax, everyone can only take 1 piece of every dish. We had to cater in delivery from elsewhere to ensure sufficent food.
I called the caterer to feedback and the lady told me this is their usual ... More portion. It's our first time ordering from them and we were so embarrassed on the portions. We had 2 different sites on the same day and time. 1 had 85 people and this site for 30 people, we ever ordered extra 3 portions just in case, but once it was setup, you can see outright that it is definitely not what it is catered for.

It was a corporate event and buffets were common in our company, but not at such portions.
