Review has been moderated by FoodLine due to its length, The delivery arrived an hour before the event start, the delivery staffs were quite friendly and managed to setup pretty fast and utilized the available space well, although they initially wanted to setup along my corridor which would be narrow to walk through.
The delivery staffs finished the setup and went off. I did a count on the food items. Items were correct but I think the number and look of steamed siew mai seemed pathetic, so I did a count on the badly arranged dim sum. 1 piece per head! Imagine. Will each guest take 1 piece of siew mai? Obviously it was not adequate and I was getting very pissed. On the order confirmation, it was stated clearly that I will get 100 pieces of steamed siew mai; therefore I had been short changed by 20%. Their online terms & conditions also stated that "We provide approximately 10% buffer for ordered quantity." Either way, the service delivered was below as promised. I called the caterer hotline immediately. The customer service staff took a while to check with the kitchen and another male staff called me. He offered me a $10 rebate but I was not keen at all. I insisted to give me the correct number of siew mai and he mentioned not possible to deliver that day and offered to deliver the missing siew mai on another day...... I was speechless on the phone and thought for a moment. The day was meant to be celebrated. Just my luck. I unhappily accepted the rebate.
Another thing I want to mention is that the Malay-Style Mee Goreng was badly cooked. Guest feedbacks were modest but in my heart I knew it was bad.
If you choose Team catering and their mee goreng, please think twice for the former and thrice for later. Thanks for reading.
PS: They also mixed up the drink too. I ordered guava and they gave me red cherry. For one moment, I thought it was pink guava but it cannot be that red…

Not all items on the website are available. After confirming the order, nobody contacted me to confirm, so I had to call back to check.
On the actual day, the caterer called to inform me that my dessert item was wasted during delivery, so I had to ... More accept a replacement. But the Chin Chow w/ Sea Coconut had very little sea coconut and my guests didn't like it. The delivery staffs were friendly and set up pretty fast and utilized the available space well. The Siew Mai portion was too little. When I called to tell the caterer about it, they offered me a $10 rebate, as it was not possible to deliver the correct number of Siew Mai on the actual day anymore. Malay-Style Mee Goreng was badly cooked. Guest feedbacks were modest.
