1. Very bad caterer , the food got changed without informing me , I ordered Signature Oat cereal prawn but delivered was sotong ball . Ordered oven baked mixed Seasonal veg but was served oven baked brinjal which I don't like this disc

2. I ... More ordered Fried banana ball not available , I told the caterer that I do not want the chocolate brownie and they agreed to replace something else but they still delivered chocolate brownie

3. Delivery came late more than 1.5 hour after my even timing. My even is at 12 pm and all my guest are waiting for the food. After 12 pm , the food still not delivered , I was so worried and called the caterer MANY TIMES but line cannot get thru. After 1 hour , I manage to call the caterer ,they told me the delivery will be late . The driver message me that the caterer just hand over the food to him at 13.24 pm . When I received the food ard 13.45 pm.

4. The caterer should inform us that they will late instead I call them to check on delivery status.

The broccoli is not cooked, and the wok fried rice vermicelli with seafood no taste . Please improve these two dishes. Also, the food comes with the sauces packed separately , we do not know these sauces for what item
