Food quantity just nice, seefood behoon is nice, but lohan vegetable a bit oily, fish a little hard.
Overall acceptable.

Overall is ok, but for the Cauliflower with Oyster Sauce, no cauliflower at all. As seen in photo, just celery, carrot, cabbage and mushroom. Wonder if they give the wrong vege...

Seafood Bee Hoon was nice as you can really see seafood in it.

But Deep Fried Prawn Fritters too many flour and oily. Not nice.

Overall still ok for this price.

Pink Guava very diluted.

Terrible experience!!
Satay was hard like rock and found a piece of plastic in one of the stick.
Crab crawl were mostly burnt.
Crispy Bun were mostly half side overcooked and half side undercooked!

Emailed the caterer day after the event and ... More till now, no updates!

Emailed Foodline too, no response as well.

Food is nice, especially the Son-In-Law Egg, Green Curry Chicken and Thai Green Tea.

Very disappointed with the Nonya Kueh, turn out to be just giving a whole box of Ang Gu Kueh. All peanuts.. I hate peanuts!!
Honey Sesame Chicken, Rendang Chicken are nice.
Olive Rice and Foo Yong Egg still acceptable.
Ee Fu Noodle and Salted ... More Egg Yolk, not so nice.

Delivery wrong items at the first, luckily we check before letting the delivery guy go.

Oven Baked Rice was hard
Chicken Drumette was dry and hard
Green Emerald & Red Ruby only have red ruby, green emerald missing in action

Value for money, especially you see the prawn in the Seafood Beancurd Roll.

But for Hong Shao Tofu with Crabstick and Bo Bo Cha Cha not so nice. Crabstick is those tiny bits while Bo Bo Cha Cha don't have the colourful tapioca jelly cubes, only ... More yam and sweet potatoes and gravy too little.
