As I know of our operations standard of the food we serve, I have confidence that the food we ... More serve should not be burnt. After the photo you sent, it was not burnt in my opinion as mentioned to you. I apologize for offending you with my opinion. As spoken, I noted your feedback immediately and offered a full refund of the item that was not to your satisfaction.

To also ensure that the seaweed chicken was not burnt as it will be a serious issue for us, the leftovers were sent back to the kitchen, and we have checked it to confirm that it was not burnt. As we hold high standards to the food that we serve to our clients, it is important that we did not serve food that is not suitable for consumption. However, as mentioned, we noted that it was not to your standard and offered to refund you the full price of the seaweed chicken. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse the other items. Once again, thank you for your feedback, we will continue to improve to serve our clients better.
