The chicken and bread taste is excellent.

Food was still warm. Very thoughtful to provide disposable gloves, plates too.

1) It’s my first week of trying this caterer. Quality of cooking is much better than others than I have tried before. Some of the vegetable dishes can be cooked more throughly so that it’s not so tough.

2) Improvements needed in the ... More packaging used. The rectuamgluar boxes are not liquid-tight. The soup bowls are worst, without fail it would leaked badly. You can consider using a sealing machine to seal the soup bowls. Something like bubbe tea packaging.

3)my dinner delivery time is likely the first stop at 230pm. Which means by the time I consume at 630pm onwards, and the dishes are more than 4hrs from cooking time. Not sure if anything can be done by the company.

I find this caterer value for money for my dishes. The cooking is generally quite healhty and has variety. Mdm Lee is very prompt and responsive!

I like the service by hilltop staff, Mdm Lee, as she is very responsive and helpful.

1) Some of the vegetables dishes can be quite raw and would certainly taste better if it is cooked longer. The same applies to the daily soup too. I find some of the ingredients e.g. carrots, peanuts, potatoes a little too raw in the soup.

2) I ... More love the fact that this caterer takes effort to know what are our the food that we dislike and i can opt not to have these dishes. Thank you very much Hilltop!

I find the food quality good and chef has kept the dishes Low salt and not oily. Great for health conscious like me. Staff of hilltop is friendly and helpful. Can consider some special theme dishes like chicken rice, mee siam or laksa to spice up ... More the menu. Thank you for the good job !!

The bread is fragant. The curry sauce is too little though. May like to consider removing chicken skin as nowadays people are health conscious.

The menu planned is to our liking. Hilltop makes good attempts to customise to customers' needs, as it allows us to indicate what we dishes/veg we do not fancy. I am not a soup person, nonetheless i opted to try its "3 dishes + soup" option. I must ... More give credit to its soup dish as i love it amongst all the dishes, its not too oily or salty.
