The vegetables now are slightly better, at lease we don't receive so much of those hard stem. But we still have a few missing soups delivery which are not replaced or refunded.

Recently there is some issue with the food delivery. There is delay in the delivery time and even has missed delivery. Please try to quickly settle the temp driver problem.

The vegetable dish has improved. Does not always have the hard stems anymore. More variety of food now.

Generally food taste is ok. Just want to comment on the vegetables. Quite a lot of the time, it has a lot of stems and the vegetables are a bit hard. Please cook longer.

The soup has changed packing style again. This time is round container with cover. But maybe the cover is not tight, a lot of the time the soup will leak out to the plastic bag. I still prefer the time when the soup is in sealed cover, like those of ... More bubble tea.

This is not the first time I ordered from Hewtop. The food generally is fine. But this time they seem to have gone back to their old style of handling the soup, which is without sealing and put in plastic bag. Really hope thay can go back to sealing ... More the soup because I had many encounters whereby the soup turns sour and I had to throw it away.

Ordered back the 3 dishes and soup this time round. This time the soup is better than the last time I ordered. The soup container is sealed which is better this way as it keeps the freshness of the soup. The soup did not turn sour this time. Other ... More foods are as normal. Not too bad.

This time round, I tried 4 dishes, without soup. Not too bad also. But maybe they can have fewer dishes with bittergourd, or cook it longer, so that it is softer and less bitter.

Food is generally not bad. Just that the soup was slightly sour for more than a week before it is back to normal. Not to my liking. Hence the new order I opt out the soup.
