Food portion is small, just enough for 8 pax despite the order is meant for 10 pax. Thai style chicken tasted like normal fried chicken. Meat is dry and hard. Otah fillet is nice but portion is small. Kailan with mushrooms well cooked not so salty. Pineapple rice given was one big tray but not fragrant and no taste of pineapple. For this meal, all of us don’t enjoy the food.

First few menu varieties tasted good, but gradually became “boring” and slightly bland. Tried other caterers and probably will not try EWF again.

Ordered from East West Fusion multiple times; the food not bad, and the packaging is good. However, the mee hoon not as good as the rice. Will order the rice lunch bento next time.

Quantity for 12 pax was sufficient. Taste was pretty good. Overall it was decent taste. Value for money. Average.

The soup was nice. But I don't like the scrambled egg. Too oily. Perhaps some of the food don't be too oil

If you are looking for timely delivery. This is the caterer for you. Good dishes for elderly but portion a bit little.

We have tried several tingkat services before, and this company performed better than expected. The food quality was consistently good, the portions were reasonable, and the prices were affordable compared to other tingkat providers. One thing we appreciated most was the variety in the daily menu. Usually, tingkat meals can become repetitive and boring after some time, but this company managed to keep the dishes interesting and enjoyable. The meals felt home-cooked and comforting, and we finished almost every meal because the food was satisfying and tasty.

The only improvement I would suggest is offering an option to order dishes without rice, as some customers may prefer to prepare their own rice at home. It would also be great if reusable containers could be used instead of styrofoam packaging to make the service more environmentally friendly. Overall, we are happy with the service and would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and enjoyable tingkat experience.
