Completed two cycles of 10 days Tingkat Dinner with this same caterer. Decided to try for another 10 days. Overall the food was good. The food portion are reasonable. One adverse comment is that the Fish dish is always the same type of Fish. Need to consider different types. On the whole, Good quality of food. The food is delivered daily consistently on time. Will renew for another 20 days.

Jiak Ba offers various food services including confinemen. Daily simmered rich flavoured soup usually same with standard red dates, wolfberry seeds and Chinese almonds inside. Dishes may not be daily fresh as same dish may repeat next day. Strong in vegetable dishes, so much so less meat protein. Priced premium not cheap compared to simpler economic meals. Extra cost may not justify benefits. To improve on quality, quantity and design of daily meal.

Decent tingkat dinner

Food arrived just in time for dinner and we did not have to reheat the food. Dishes were flavourful although portion was abit small for 2 pax. They had variety of soup each day which was fantastic. On of the days, a meat dish was replaced with vegetables/mushrooms as we opted for non-seafood and they removed the shrimps from the dish. Overall, still decent for a proper meal.
