Soup is tasty. Portion is generally small. Can improve!! Reviewed on 19th Oct 2025 Verified Purchase Felt that the quantity given per dish is a tad too little. The fish given is always a thin slice without “much fish “ maybe flour. 20 days Trial Package First time ordering from merchant: Yes Will recommend this merchant: Probably

Robert Catering Tingkat dinner is tasty and value for money. Reviewed on 11th Nov 2025 Verified Purchase Robert Catering tingkat dinner is mostly tasty and value for money. The portion is also sufficient for persons of 2. The feedback is that occasionally potatoes and pumpkin are served one too often. I do not consider them as dishes more like dessert. 20 days Trial Package Favourite dish: Fish & Rong Tau Foo First time ordering from merchant: No Will recommend this merchant: Probably

Food quality can be better Reviewed on 12th Oct 2025 Verified Purchase One of the dishes, Fishballs dish, was found to be not fresh and with sour taste couple with a hard texture. Feedback to the caterer and had a replacement dish done on the next day. Although this issue was resolved, but the quality of the food is ... More questionable. Other than that, delivery was always on time and previous food delivery on skip meals day did not happen in this contract period. Food is alright but deliveryman does not follow instructions Reviewed on 21st Sep 2025 Verified Purchase Food quality not bad. Mum finds some soups nice but a bit salty. Deliveryman still does not follow instruction even though it has been 3 cycles of order, to leave food on the chair but hangs on the door lever n risk whole package falling to the ... More floor. I asked to change frequency of delivery once but was also not carried out on the ground. The communication chain from customer service to delivery man is broken. This can be frustrating.
