Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice review

Taste is good, portion is quite generous, but the $98 set is not so value-for-money as there are only 4 items, of which the signature steam chicken is only half a chicken.

Ate the food so fast I didn't manage to get more photos! Food was yummy, well-packed, delivered on time even though I ordered last minute

Happy with the service and the serving. Food was delectable too, as expected from Wee Nam Kee. Would surely order again.

The rice portion n vegetables are perfect. Just enough for even the guys. However it will b better if there is soup and more cucumber to go with it.

I will ... More definitely recommend to friends especially for a small gathering of less than eight. Besides valued for money, you can eat at your leisure in the comfort of your home and chat till the wee hours. Above all food was delivered promptly by a courteous and cheerful guy who said " enjoy your meal"!

Overall rating is quite ok. The roasted chicken and fried rice are my favourites. Mixed vegetables are quite typical. Assam fish head has a very strong smell that I don't like. It could have been delicious otherwise. Delivery and service are quite ... More good. The cutlery provided are of good quality unlike those other taobao or catering services.

The taste is well prepared except the rice is a bit damp. The vegetarian rice is not colorful though ingredients are added. Very pale

1. Curry fish head is a bit too sweet and quite dilute. Fish head not very fresh
2. Steam chicken quite disappointed as some hawker centre's/coffee shop's are better.
3. Misled by review to order the "most popular" mixed vege. Though look big ... More portion but below are all the "green cabbage"
Overall, not really worth the money even with the huge portion of fried rice (of buffet caterer standard).

Food comes in generous serving, enough for more than 5 people. Fish curry is very tasty and the rest of the dishes are equally good!

Food taste good. Food portion is quite large, and value for money. Even though delivery is a bit delayed due to too many orders, but person in charge reached out to inform about the delay, and food quality is still good despite late delivery.

The vegetables were really fresh which is not what you would usually get from takeaways. The chicken rice tasted exactly the same as the store itself.
