"Sour vegetable and super late delivery on one occasion"

One of the vegetable dishes turned sour when delivered. Feedback to caterer and it was admitted the vegetable could have turned bad due to early preparation time. On another occasion, the food was delivered very late, almost 7pm, and there was no ... More update from the caterer for the potential lateness of delivery. For that day, I have to order my dinner separately as the food is not safe to consume once past 630pm even though it was subsequently delivered at about 7pm. Trying to contact the caterer after 630pm but didn't get any response. This is a very negative experience thus far with this caterer. Although compensation was done, I believe more can be done to improve on the food quality and delivery service.
