"Wrong order repeated for 2 days"

On the first day of this contract, the order was wrongly delivered. Ordered 4 dishes but delivered with 3+soup. This mistake was repeated on the second day, and the compensation did not arrive on the agreed date. Although the compensation was ... More subsequently fulfilled, the mistake was done by the driver who he got mixed up with the orders. Anyway, such incident should not have happened if the orders were clearly labelled. Obviously, the caterer needs to take action to prevent such mistakes in the future. Overall, the food quality is acceptable at this price point, but the service can be better improved.
